Its Weigh In Day!! No.1
So its Saturday morning, weigh in time! Just so you all know, I weigh myself the same day, same time, same place every week so that the results are as accurate as possible. I also try to avoid sneaky peaks during the week :)
Good Luck to all you ladies trying to diet. I know my hardest battle is getting past the first week and carrying on!
