So this week have been a bit weird. I stuck to my diet word for word for the first 3 days then stupidly weighed myself and had lost nothing!! 0lbs!! After that things went down hill a little. I definitely cheated last night, I eat two slices of toast and a chocolate brownie. EEEKK! So Surprise surprise my weight loss this week wasn't quite what I had hoped.
Overall Goal: 2st 2lbs (30lbs)
This Week's Loss: 2lbs
Total Weight Loss: 8lbs
Weight Loss till Goal: 1st 8lbs (22lbs)
