Low Fat Iced Mocha #
So Poppy from Twitter asked me to do this post, its my new favourite drink/shake to have right now. I would suggest if your trying to lose weight, not having this on top of existing meals, but instead to have it for breakfast or lunch. If your not trying to lose weight have it whenever and use whatever milk/cream you fancy! Use sweetener for even less calories.
Important! Serves 2
All this recipe to yourself = way to many calories!
200ml Skimmed Milk
1 Small Banana
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Ice Cubes
1-2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
1-2 Tsp Instant Coffee (Dissolve in a little water and cool)
Whizz it all together in a blender and voila! Yumminess!
I love having this an hour before going to the gym as the caffeine and the banana gives me so much energy :)
