Still a long way to go, but 3/4 of the way there! :)
I feel guilty writing this post for two reasons: one, I just ate half a brownie and I'm 'preaching' to you about weight loss and two, I haven't blogged or youtubed anywhere near as much as I said I would. I could list a bunch of ligitamate reasons as to why I have been MIA but all you really need to know is I've had a 'catch up' day today and hopefully I will be posting a lot more.
Last monday (yes I know five days ago) I weighed myself and I'd lost a 1 lb... not amazing by any means and not quite on track for my 8lb weight loss but atleast its something. 7lbs to go and three weeks to do it in! Good Luck Me!
This week I have been a little strickter (minus the tiny bit of brownie) but not amazing with the exercise! My goals for the rest of week 2 and week 3 are to:
Lose 2lbs (Week 2)
Lose 3lbs (Week 3)
Drink TONS of water
Eat more veggies
Try a lot more recipes!
Walk Home after work and college
Do my Davina DVD atleas twice
